How to exclude people from an audience

There are many reasons to exclude groups of people from an audience. It could be you want to exclude everyone who has said they have voted from your ballot phone bank or everyone who has already RSVPd to an event from your event promotion SMS. 

Another reason could be if you have more than one phone campaign running with audiences where there could be overlap, you may want to exclude the audience of one campaign from another to prevent people being called twice.

The exclude function works in the same way as include, just make sure you select ANY as the search logic for the exclude section if you are using more than one criteria and want to exclude everyone who meets ANY of the exclude criteria.
